Leading Hand or Working Foreman | Pymble NSW | High-end Residential | Full Time | $100K - $130K + Super - depending on experience | $2M New Build Project | Immediate Start

Our client is a Luxury Residential construction Builder located in the Lower North Shore and builds high-end Residential homes valued up to $8M across Sydney.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who is ready to step up to a Working Foreman role, or if you are currently a Working Foreman.

This is an immediate start to begin working on a $2M new build located in Pymble.

Main Responsibilities:

Hands-on Carpentry work

Reading and interpreting plans

Accurate Site set-outs

Maintaining high high-quality standard of work

Assist the Project Manager/Site Manager in coordinating day-to-day site operations

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and WHS standards

Manage scheduling of trades and deliveries to meet project timelines

Report progress, issues, and variations to management in a timely manner

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite

Skills & Experience - the MUST haves:

Trade qualification in Carpentry (essential)

Proven experience as a Leading Hand/Foreman in high-end residential building

Experience working on projects above $1M

More than 3+ years of experience in the building space

Full working rights

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
