Nova Clinic Tweed is a new modern medical centre based in Tweed Heads South NSW. Our clinic provides general medicine, skin care and an aesthetic clinic.

Being the face of the clinic and first point of contact your role is vital to providing exceptional customer service and administration support to our patients and health care providers.

What you'll be doing:

Greet patients in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling patient appointments and managing clinics appointment calendar

Patient billings - Private, Medicare and Workcover

Respond to telephone, email and in-person enquires

Ensure the reception area is well-organised and maintained

What we're looking for:

✅ Best Practice Software desirable
