Green Life Window and Door Systems is an industry-leading manufacturing company specializing in customized windows and doors. We have an excellent reputation for providing outstanding customer service and high-quality windows and doors for our clients across residential and commercial sectors. We are based in Noble Park, VIC.

Due to continuing growth, a fantastic opportunity now exists for a Project Manager to join our team. The role would be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial projects from inception to completion.

Task & Responsibilities:

· Review and assist with preparation of tenders, quotes, and contract documentation

· Maintain variation registers, progress claims, and invoicing support

· Coordinate shop drawings and approvals between clients and factory

· Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding contract and documentation matters

· Prepare and manage compliance documentation, including MSDS, SWMS, ITPs, etc.

· Maintain project filing system, correspondence records, and reports

· Provide administrative and technical support for project delivery and aftersales service

· Prepare variation register and provide accounts with the right information to issue invoices.

· Prepare Maintenance Manual, CoC.

· Handle aftersales service.

Key Competencies:

· Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or project administration preferred

· Previous experience in contract administration or project coordination (facade/windows experience highly regarded)

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

· Proficient in English and Mandarin (bilingual required)

· Current valid driver's licence
