Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting Steela’s range of steel doors and windows. You will work closely with architects, contractors, builders, and developers to provide tailored solutions that meet their project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction, architecture, and design industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Represent Steela at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably within construction, building materials, or related industries.
Strong network in architecture, building, or real estate (advantageous).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical product details and translate them into customer benefits.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
