Foremost, you have to be great at communicating with people. You'll be a confident speaker but just as importantly you understand the value of listening. You'll be able to articulate complex concepts into simple ideas that people can connect with.

This isn't about hard selling or cold-calling; you'll be helping smart professionals get even more value from a platform they already love.

If you have an interest in media or marketing we'll love you for it. You should enjoy technology and find adapting to new software and platforms exciting rather than daunting.

We celebrate 25 years in business this year, but we operate like a start-up. We move really fast, and we're really agile so you need to enjoy ever-evolving challenges and embrace change.

At the same time, we want you to be meticulous. We love our systems and processes so we need people who understand the value of structure as a means to facilitating personal initiative.

Sales experience is not necessary; we're very learning and development focused. But if you can demonstrate ways that you've used your communications skills to generate positive outcomes that will help you land an interview.

On Target Earnings: $95k (inc. Super)
