We’re now growing our inside sales channel and looking for 7 driven individuals to join our high-performing team and help bring our solutions to even more businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be calling businesses, to set qualified appointments for our business development managers. This is a fast-paced, supportive, and fun sales environment where we love to celebrate success.

To be successful you will need:

• A "Can do" Attitude & an eagerness to learn
• Clear and fluent communication skills
• Ability to work to targets and kpi's
• Excellent rapport building skills
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
• A stable working history
• Must hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship/residency and pass police clearance checks

Sales experience is ideal, but career changers with drive and determination are welcome. Experience in Retail/Hospitality or understanding the importance of EAP services is highly regarded.
