As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the business across NSW, driving growth, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service to retail partners. This is a highly client-facing role for someone who thrives on the road, is motivated by targets, and wants to grow with a business that’s making waves globally.

About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and deepening relationships with retail partners across NSW – from Newcastle to Parramatta and beyond. You’ll be out in front of clients daily presenting products, delivering samples, and offering tailored solutions that meet the needs of a diverse customer base.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and energy across NSW
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Travel regularly across the region to maintain a strong market presence
  • Participate in occasional travel to New Zealand for brand alignment and team collaboration
  • Be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets

About you:

  • Proven experience in a sales role – ideally within the flooring, interiors, or building materials industry.
  • A natural relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Highly motivated by targets and performance incentives.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic brand.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing a regional travel schedule.
  • Passionate about design, quality, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
