About the role

As the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of our Geraldton, WA depot.

This full-time, on-site role is crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to our customers throughout Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all daily depot operations, including inward/outward logistics, inventory management, order processing, and staff coordination

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Liaise with the other depot team to manage stock levels accordingly

What we're looking for

Leadership and people management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

HR license

Forklift ticket

Proficient in inventory control, logistics, and process optimisation (training provided)

Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations (training provided)
