Caravans WA require a Customer Service Advisor and Warranty Manager that can become the Assistant Service Manager. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be required to handle warranty claims and retail clients. We will train you in all facets of the Service and Parts Department. You will be working closely with Manufacturers and at Factory level.

Experience in warranty administration or service management within automotive/RV industry is essential.

You must have high customer service skills and able to work with customers that require assistance with warranty claims. Good knowledge and computer skills are required and able to use the "Eclipse Software System" is a bonus but not essential as training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone that is enthusiastic and eager to further their career.
