As a manager,you will play a hands on leadership role within the store,working closely with the owner to ensure smooth day to day operartions.Key responsibilities include

-Leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding customer service

-Experience managing teams of 7-10 people is required

-Overseeing stock control,ordering and inventory management

-Supporting the owner with all aspects of store management,including sales,administration,and workshop operations

-Maintaining a safe,efficient,and professional workplace

-To be successful in this role you will bring,

-Proven experience in a leadership or management role(Retail,Automotive or Trade background highly regarded

-Minimum 1-2 years automotive or tyre industry experience required

-Strong skills in inventory and stock management

_Excellent communication and people management skills

-A proactive,hands on approach with the ability to multi task

-A customer-first mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships
