Martha’s is a new, buzzing bakery in the heart of Wareemba, quickly becoming a local favourite for artisanal pastries and quality baking. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Pastry Chef to lead our growing team and help us shape the future of Sydney’s next bakery.

What we’re looking for:

Previous leadership position, ability to train a team, create a streamline structure and forecast production.

Capacity to create new seasonal items and work with the team to ensure consistency.

Previous hands-on experience in lamination and shaping pastries (croissants, danishes, and other viennoiserie).

A genuine love for baking, with strong attention to detail and consistency.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Reliability, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
