Conplant Pty Ltd is Australia's leading specialist compaction equipment hire and sales company. We are seeking a motivated Client Services Manager to manage all aspects of the hire and sales operations across Greater Perth and throughout regional Western Australia.

The Role:

You will be responsible for driving growth and your energy and enthusiasm to get out on the road and meet customers will enable you to effectively drive business across these important regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of quotes, developing call plans and managing the overall sales process and delivery of superior customer service. This is an autonomous role with scope for someone with passion and drive to really shine.

To deliver in the key areas of the role you will require the following experience and skills:

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales and Marketing or a relevant discipline.

At least 2 years’ experience in plant/construction equipment hire and capital equipment sales including trade-ins with a solid understanding of compaction and/or civil construction industries, including working with local and state government.

An enthusiastic and passionate approach to business development - must be self motivated with the ability to set and exceed targets.

Willingness to cold call/meet potential customers on construction sites and at their place of business.

Demonstrated client relationship management skills.

Ability to work autonomously and remotely.

Strong presentation, verbal and written skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office for sales reports and presentations.

Experience using a CRM system (training will be provided).

The postholder will be required to work away from home with regular travel and overnight stays as and when required.
