We are currently seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by providing excellent customer support and finding innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolution to client issues and concerns.
• Develop a deep understanding of our services in order to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives and goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for a better service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client services or account management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel monthly for client meetings and events.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the commercial cleaning industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• A high level of initiative and enthusiasm
• An engaging, energetic, and resilient outlook
• Success in meeting deliverables, enhancing systems and processes
• A national criminal history check is required for this role
