Account Manager (Facilities Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Account Manager with facilities management experience to join our Perth team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery across multiple sites, and ensuring high standards of compliance and performance.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client partnerships, and takes pride in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
Oversee day-to-day service delivery across client sites, ensuring agreed standards and KPIs are met
Manage contractor performance and maintain accurate records including insurances, certifications, and compliance reports
Coordinate and track maintenance and site services, following up on outstanding jobs where required
Support the onboarding and induction of new contractors and staff
Assist in preparing client reports, audits, and presentations
Liaise with internal teams and accounts to resolve service, invoice, or purchase order queries
Monitor budgets, costs, and supplies as required
Provide hands-on support for escalated service issues and ensure prompt resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across client accounts
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Facilities management or service industry background highly regarded
Minimum 2 years’ experience in client or contract management
Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and confident using job or contract management systems
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
