Serving as the main point of contact between the organisation and a core group of clients, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening key client partnerships. The role involves using strong communication skills to promote the organisation's products and services in a way that matches client needs for service delivery within project time lines and contractual scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICT solution delivery practices, a drive for providing exceptional customer service and strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key customer accounts ensuring quality delivery of consulting services and software solutions design, development and support
- Develop a strategic account plan to manage delivery of services and communications plan
- Identify sales opportunities within key accounts to increase revenue opportunities
- Owning customer relationships and managing any issues/challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
- Take responsibility for the commercial relationship and engagement ensuring SLA's are being met
- Ensure technical and projects teams are aware of customer requirements and delivery expectations
- Preparation of sales proposals, quotations and responses to RFT/RFP/RFQ
- Pre-sales activities within key accounts in conjunction with technical team leads
- An interest in Business Development
Key Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing medium to large accounts delivering ICT services and solutions
- Proven record of growing key customer accounts and exceeding business objectives and targets
- Successful track record developing strategic customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
