The Company

PSG is working with a renowned Managed Services Provider with extensive experience in providing advanced infrastructure solutions. This organisation prides itself on its ability to improve the manageability of their client’s networks while offering continuity, reliable service and excellent customer service.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Level 3 Engineer to join the technical services team. Ideally, you will already be working in a managed services company with the understanding of a client facing environment where you thrive in the ability to build new key relationships both internally and externally with clients.

A typical day at this MSP will consist of:

  • Providing technical support to the managed services clients via telephone, email and remote support tools
  • Resolving incidents assigned in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount
  • Working as a team to get the job done

Your Skills

In your next role you will have the following skill set to utilise:-

  • Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
  • MS 365/Azure Cloud
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • VMware and/or HyperV
  • Networking; Routing/Switching, VoIP, Wireless
  • Firewall configuration and support
  • Driving licence is required for this role
