THE ROLE

• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
• Work with co-workers and management to effectively implement necessary change
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
• Ensure the effective execution of business operations
• Motivate and assist the team to provide quality products with exceptional customer service
• Engage and maintain customer relationships, taking on feedback when received

KEY QUALITIES

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience a similar role
• Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
• Exposure to rostering and people development
• Have a strong customer service focus
• Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
• Fantastic people management skills and professional nature
• Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn
• Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
