your role

• Conduct routine inspections
• Managing a small portfolio - around 40 properties
• Leasing – conduct OFI’s
• Responding to emails/requests from landlords and tenants
• Portfolio is in the Western suburbs

your advantage

• Previous experience in Real Estate
• A current VIC Agents Rep Certificate
• Valid driver's license
• Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality

• If you work 3 hours on Saturday doing an opens, you leave work 3 hours early the next Friday
