Are you ready to step into a fast-paced role where your planning expertise will make a real difference? We’re working with a global leader in the beauty and personal care industry, looking for a sharp and motivated Demand Planner to join their Sydney office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around 3–5 years’ experience who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with stakeholders, and driving real results. Just as important as your technical skills is the right cultural fit – you’ll be joining a collaborative, energetic, and high-performing team where communication, adaptability, and a positive attitude go a long way.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading demand forecasting and ensuring accuracy across multiple categories
• Partnering with sales, marketing, and supply teams to align on business plans
• Monitoring market trends and promotional activity to anticipate changes in demand
• Using systems and data to improve forecast accuracy and reduce stock risk
• Supporting S&OP processes and reporting to leadership on performance metrics

What we’re looking for:

• Previous demand planning or supply chain experience (ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods)
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Must have exceptional skills and experience with Excel and at least intermediate skills with Power BI
• Solid communication skills – comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the business
• Exposure to forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP, JDE, APO or similar)
• A collaborative style and proactive approach
• Someone who values teamwork, embraces challenges, and is eager to contribute to a positive team culture
