The Role

• Sales Support and supporting a high performing agent and their team
• Handling all sales administration (sending and managing contracts and compliance)
• Booking marketing and coordinating marketing campaigns
• Liaising with the marketing coordinator to upload properties online
• Meeting photographers & stylists
• Ordering and managing stock for clients (such as flowers, candles and hampers)
• Compliance Control
• Manage social media and branding
• Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors
• Ad-hoc administration duties

• Must have a reliable car and drivers license

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
• Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role is essential
