This is an exciting opportunity to work in an ASX-listed environment where you’ll be an essential point of contact for the C-suite. You’ll be providing high-level support to a self-sufficient CEO and a dynamic Executive team. The work is varied and fast-moving, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in projects and work alongside a group of leaders who are not only at the top of their game but approachable and grounded.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO and Executive team, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, travel, and meeting coordination, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Prepare documentation for Board papers, liaising with senior stakeholders to get everything in place.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and smooth operations.
- Support with ad-hoc cover of front office staff when required.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience providing Executive Support to C-suite or senior leadership teams.
- Strong background in ASX-listed companies or experience working with Boards is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to adapt your style to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The confidence to interact with individuals at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a tech-savvy approach to systems.
