Due to a recent promotion and an increased workload, they are eager to attract a competent administration professional to support one on the firms Partners and a small accounting team
Providing administration support to one of the businesses high performance teams, versatility, flexibility and great customer service will be your keys to becoming an effective member of the firm.
About The Role
Combining a variety of administration tasks, your strong commitment to detail, deadlines and efficiency are paramount. Working alongside Management and the existing administration team, you will assist with the coordination of workflow from the top down! Needless to say, a strong commitment to detail, deadlines and efficiency is paramount. Other responsibilities pertaining to the role include;
- Producing reports and graphs in MS Word & Excel
- Provide general administrative support to a small professional team
- Completing, collating and dispatching a range of paperwork and reports relating to their clients/industry
- Speaking with clients on the phone and providing them with assistance
- Diary management

What You Bring To The Team
Along with a broad administration base, you will also possess excellent MS Office knowledge along with an effective communication style. A minimum of five years in an administrative role will be required.
As this role has a high level of “people” contact, candidates with an outgoing and confident personality tend to do well within this business. (Candidates with a background Financial Planning, Accounting or Insurance are encouraged to apply.)
Remuneration & How To Apply
A base salary in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation will be afforded to the successful candidate.
