Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized litigation EA and/or paralegal with great attention to detail to join our growing legal team. Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role required. The ideal candidate will be able to provide crucial support to a Director and to lawyers in all phases of the litigation process. Candidate will also need to be willing and able to assist with legal administrative support tasks for non-litigation files. Experience using LEAP is preferred. Fully remote/work from home position but Melbourne based business.

Qualifications/requirements:

Minimum 7 years' proven experience as a litigation EA and/or paralegal in a law firm setting required

Proficiency in LEAP legal software and Outlook

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
