About the role
Are you someone who sees the big picture with a sharp focus on process, detail and getting it right?
We’re looking for an HR professional to support key projects that shape the way we work at the ABC. In this role, you’ll manage HR initiatives from planning through to delivery, help develop tools that support change and provide specialist advice on organisational design and job evaluation processes.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across People & Culture and the business, ensuring our practices align with enterprise agreements and HR systems, while also acting as the central contact for position description governance.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives, support strategic decision-making, and help create effective organisational structures that set our people and teams up for success.

About You
You will bring relevant qualifications and/or proven experience in HR project management, with a track record of managing and coordinating change initiatives and applying organisational and job design principles.
You’ll also have:
- Advanced knowledge of relevant job evaluation methodologies and classification systems.
- An understanding of industrial relations frameworks, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
