Customer Service Position For Enthusiastic People
Day Position & Night Position Available
We require an enthusiastic help desk support staff member to join our business within the online security industry (that means you'll already need to know technical aspects about the Internet, be willing to answer and make telephone calls and know how to operate a computer).
We are happy for you to learn and enhance your skills on the job - though there is a minimum requirement of technical knowledge needed - this role is not suitable if you don’t know how a website is secured, technical aspects of a domain name and how to manage DNS. Fundamentally you must know the basics of online security.
You will be responsible for maintaining an extremely high level of customer support - as well as answer sales related questions, lead response and customer retention.
This role requires the applicant to use commonsense with the goal of satisfying customer requests with a high quality and timely requisite.
Required Skills :
Customer support and help desk experience highly regarded;
Broad internet knowledge;
Excellent time management skills;
Problem solving skills;
Must have a helpful disposition, with a 'can do' attitude;
Able to work in a fast paced environment;
Strong communication skills;
Marketing experience highly regarded;
You will need to display a professional approach to customer support with a high level of written communication skill and excellent telephone manner.
Available Positions :
Day 9:00am - 5:00pm
Evening 2.00pm - 10.00pm
Our business is located in Southport on the Gold Coast, which means you'll have to be currently living on the Gold Coast to apply for this position.
Our company provides online security services, namely securing websites with an encryption software product. The role you will be responsible for involves assisting customers with technical support questions and product inquiries. You'll also be responsible for some aspects of inbound and outbound sales as customers require advice on suitable products etc when contacting us.
