FIVE has 5 dedicated spaces for patrons to enjoy including a 112 seats in The Wine Bar with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. As a CDP you will be responsible for the preparation and service of your section. Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be expected to assist in the training of junior staff as well as maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen.
