The Arab Steed Hotel, a proudly family-owned and operated venue for 38 years, is located in the vibrant heart of Hutt Street, Adelaide. We are looking for an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our management team.

This is a full-time position for an individual who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading a great team. You’ll work closely with hotel management across a variety of shifts — including weekends, days, nights, and opening/closing shifts.

About the Role

You will oversee and actively participate in:

Food, beverage, and gaming operations

Restaurant management and floor service

Opening and closing procedures

Leading, training & supporting staff to deliver exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or management role

Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously when required

Proven leadership skills with a proactive “hands-on, think on your feet" skills

Sound knowledge of Liquor & Gaming compliance

Gaming and cellar experience

Understanding of hotel POS systems

A genuine hospitality personality with a passion for customer satisfaction

Current RSG, RSA, and RP certifications
