The position involves conducting routine property inspections, generating ongoing reports, and managing leasing activities. While experience is preferred, it is not essential.

- Strong follow-up capabilities

- Proficient in following systems and procedures

- Must possess a certificate of registration

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
