ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to step into client-side consultancy and grow your career in large-scale health projects. You will work closely with the Project Director and senior team members to deliver projects from the earliest phases, including business case development, design management, procurement, and construction delivery. The role provides structured career development with a pathway to Project Manager.

DUTIES

• Support Project Director and Senior Project Managers across multiple health projects
• Assist in the development of business cases and project briefs
• Coordinate design teams and manage consultant outputs
• Support procurement and tender processes
• Assist with contract administration and construction delivery
• Drive project outcomes and ensure key milestones are met

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree qualification in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Local industry experience (consultancy or advisory preferred)
• Exposure to large-scale projects, ideally in health, education, or complex infrastructure
• Experience in contract administration or design coordination
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
