THE ROLE.
With an abundance of listings, (running 15+ at any one time), it’s imperative that Vendors are always updated. This role supports the lead agent by managing Vendors throughout the process, while also handling Hot Buyers and buyer enquiries.
There is no pressure to list, no cold prospecting.
It’s all about building trust, guiding Vendors & Buyers, ensuring level client service, and taking the load off this busy Director.
- Second point of contact for all Vendors & first point of contact for Purchasers
- Vendor reporting & regular updates
- Nurture Purchasers & Vendors through settlement process
- Manage exchange process
- Tracking of listings & management of listing timelines
- Project management of minor renovations for properties going to market
- CRM database management and lead tracking (Agentbox)
- Problem-solving any issues that arise through the sales process
- Work closely with Director on a day-to-day basis
- Saturday work required
THE PERKS.
- Base salary $80,000 – $90,000
- Commissions and bonuses paid for individual and team performance **Ability to earn $150K
- Exposure to a high-performing team

- Day off during the week in lieu of Saturday work
THE PERSON.
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or Sales Associate who cant break through to a Commission only agent or Sales Agent who may struggle to build consistency. momentum listing properties but loves the industry and is happy to work under the guidance of a Lead Agent.
THE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Real Estate Class 2 License
- Driver's License
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, & must have sales/customer service experience.
- Take direction from a strong leader
