An exciting opportunity to join one of Melbourne's leading real estate franchises offices, as an integral part of their sales team and oversee the Sales Trust for the company.

Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner southeast, this office looks after some of Melbourne's most sought after suburbs and has built a reputation as an agent of choice. This is a Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm role.

This is a newly created role as the sales trust has previously been outsourced and the plan is to bring it back in house. You must have solid sales trust experience to handle processing approx 30 sales per month, involving entering of sales commissions, tracking marketing and end of month reporting using Agent Box (Agent Box experience is strongly preferred)

Your other main responsibilities will include:

Receipting and Reconciliation

Refunds - holding deposits and reservations

Confirming Bank Account Details

Liaising with Sales Team and Attending Meetings with Accounts Team

Assisting with relief Trust work for other team members

Deposit Releases - Section 27 and Settlements
