Qualifications & experience

Advanced MYOB skills , Microsoft Suite skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team High standard of written and oral communication Passion for success in all areas of the business

An accounting qualification

Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping Certificate IV, or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years of accounts administration or bookkeeping experience

Ability to work independently

good organisational skills

Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Previous customer service experience with strong phone and email communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Working alongside the sales team in many cases you will be the first point of contact for customers. Attending to day to day follow up of accounts
