This is an opportunity to step into an established network with company-generated leads from a large sales team and rent roll. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with landlords, driving new business growth, and representing the agency in a professional, polished manner. With admin and leasing support in place, you’ll have the tools to focus on what you do best.

About you:

Ideally you are an experienced BDM with a proven track record in business development.

• Positive, can-do attitude with strong drive and initiative
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a supportive, team-focused environment
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate required
• Car and driver’s license essential
