Your Mission: To Dominate Your Territory.
Hunter-in-Chief: You will proactively target and secure major portfolio acquisitions through high-value negotiations, C-level outreach, and forging strategic alliances with top-performing real estate agencies, investors, and developers.
Architect of Growth: Develop and execute a master growth plan for your region. You don't just follow the map; you draw it. Build a formidable pipeline that delivers consistent, game-changing results.

Your Reward for Excellence: Uncapped Potential.
We believe in paying top dollar for top talent. Your success is directly tied to your compensation.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 - $150,000+
Base Salary: A generous and secure base of $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience).
Commission: An aggressive, uncapped commission structure designed to significantly reward over-performance. Hit your targets, and your OTE is $150k. Exceed them, and your earnings are limitless.
This Is You:
A proven hunter with a minimum of 3-5 years in BDM or external sales, preferably in property, financial services, B2B, or similar high-stakes environments.
You possess a black book of contacts within the QLD real estate industry is a powerful advantage.
A strategist who thrives on autonomy. You don't need a script; you need a territory and a goal.
A master communicator, negotiator, and closer. You understand the psychology of the deal.
