The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This role suits a mid–senior digital marketer who enjoys:

Taking ownership of campaigns

Driving performance and optimisations

Providing strategic input to grow a national service-based brand

You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end: audits, reports, testing, optimisations, and creative briefs. From time to time, you may also contribute to other paid media or SEO projects.

📍 Location: Cleveland HQ (office-based)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

Optimise campaigns to improve ROI, reduce wasted spend, and drive quality leads

Track, measure, and report weekly on KPIs (leads, CPL, conversions, ROAS)

Provide campaign briefs and creative direction for ad copy/visuals

Develop and implement A/B testing roadmaps (copy, creatives, audiences)

Research and test new paid media opportunities

Manage budgets and pacing in line with allocations

Stay up-to-date with platform updates, competitors, and trends

Skills & Experience

Google Ads

Campaign build-outs (Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing)

Strong grasp of Performance Max (preferred, not essential)

Negative keyword management (essential)

Skilled in ad copywriting and highlighting USPs

Geographic targeting and bid adjustments

Tracking & setup (calls, forms, bookings) – favourable

Ability to identify organic keyword opportunities

Meta Ads

Strong audience research and management (custom, lookalike, remarketing)

Process-driven approach to testing audiences

Creative direction for visuals (or ability to brief designers)

Knowledge of campaign structures (lead gen, awareness, remarketing)

Managing frequency to prevent audience fatigue

Understanding of lead quality and optimisation

About You

3–5+ years managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

Experience with national, service-based businesses (ideal)

Proven track record of improving ROI and driving leads

Organised, proactive, and data-driven

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
