Role Responsibilities:

Support the Principal with Investment Property Sales

Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential investor and seller listings.

Respond promptly to inquiries and build strong relationships.

Assist in preparing for and attending property appraisals.

Assist Sales Agents with appraisals, listings, open homes, private inspections, to enhance your sales skills.

Assist Business Development Team with appraisals, listings, property inspections and investor management, to enhance your investment property & commercial investment skills and knowledge

Engage in warm prospecting through our existing database, develop new connections to build the database

Oversee rentals and sales campaigns from initial appraisal to successful results

Learn the art of negotiation and effectively close sales deals.

Participate in property photoshoots and styling appointments.

Skilfully manage vendor pipeline, providing top-notch service.

Prepare vendor reports and offer valuable buyer feedback.

Qualifications:

Completed real estate certification - essential.

Experience in Property Management - essential.

We’ll equip you with comprehensive sales training – nil to minimal experience necessary.

Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.

Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle - essential.

Confident and friendly phone manner.
