Duties will include:

• Conducting appraisals and open for inspections
  
• Handling buyer and seller enquiries
  
• Organising marketing campaigns
  
• Managing vendors and buyer enquiries
  
• Coordinating marketing initiatives
  
• No cold calling - Warm calls only (existing clients and database follow up calls)
  
• Minimal door knocking (neighbours to recently sold properties)
  

Requirements

• Have some exposure to real estate - sales, administration or property management
  
• Any previous, direct sales experience will be highly regarded
• Hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate
  
• Own car and current driving license
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• High energy and a passionate about real estate
  
• Comfortable working Saturdays
