About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment & Site Mobilisation Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – from finding the right people for the job to making sure they’re on site, safe, and ready to go.

In this role, you will:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar (FIFO/local trades) and white-collar positions.

Coordinate site mobilisation — onboarding, medicals, flights, accommodation, and site access requirements.

Order and manage PPE.

Provide site admin support to project and construction managers.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in recruitment and mobilisation processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role.

Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Must have the right to work in Australia.
