About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to take ownership of driving revenue growth across our accommodation, conference, event, and food & beverage (F&B) operations. This role will be instrumental in building a strong pipeline of corporate, leisure, and event business, as well as strengthening relationships with key accounts, community partners, and industry networks. The successful candidate will work closely with property managers and the senior leadership team to maximise occupancy, grow event bookings, and increase F&B patronage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies that grow revenue across accommodation, conferencing, events, and F&B.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities from corporate, government, leisure, and group markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event organisers, travel partners, and local business networks.
Drive conference, wedding, and event sales by developing tailored packages and ensuring repeat business.
Manage RFP submissions across all properties
Collaborate with other head office staff to deliver campaigns and promotions that enhance property visibility and sales performance.
Provide accurate reporting on sales pipeline, conversion, and performance against targets.
Represent Redhill Hospitality at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Support property managers with sales tools, training, and strategies to improve on-the-ground performance.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in hospitality sales, preferably across accommodation, conferencing, events, and/or F&B.
Strong ability to prospect, convert leads, and close business in a competitive market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience creating and implementing sales strategies with measurable outcomes.
Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of regional markets and existing industry networks will be highly regarded.
