As part of its expansion strategy, they are looking to strengthen their Australian team with a results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth across the elective care space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive new bookings and revenue in the Australian healthcare sector
- Manage the complete SaaS sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Lead RFP and RFI responses in collaboration with internal bid teams
- Engage healthcare leaders to build brand recognition and drive solution adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
- Coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver targeted messaging and campaigns
- Support industry events and conferences to generate leads and grow market presence
- Contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes and reporting
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years in enterprise healthcare software sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
- Experience managing complex, consultative B2B sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Intermediate Salesforce CRM proficiency; experience with marketing automation tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong business acumen including understanding of revenue recognition and deal structuring
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and team-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel within Australia as required
