About the Role
A well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth across the ACT & NSW. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team, based out of their ACT Display Suite & Office.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with every 2nd Saturday a bonus too.

You will be backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build or extend onto their dream home
• Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR project
• Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
• Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry

About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess;

• A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
• Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
• Sound knowledge of KDR and building secondary dwellings / granny flats
• Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
• Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
• Ability to build great relationships
• Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
• Ability to work weekends

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of around $90k + super, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
