ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This Local Council is looking for a driven and ambitious Development Assessment Planner. This is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of further extension.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Development Assessment Planner, you will report to the Team Leader and be responsible for assessing and reporting on small to intermediate development applications.
DUTIES.
- Assess residential DAs
- Duty planning
- Site inspections
- Liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Degree qualifications in Town Planning or related
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and autonomously
CULTURE.
