Villa Healthcare Services is a growing provider of Labour Hire, NDIS, Aged Care, and Home Care services, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to our clients and community. We are now seeking a Part-Time Business Development Officer to join our team and help drive our strategic growth.

About the Role

As our Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and strengthening partnerships. Based in our Geelong office, this dynamic part-time role (0.6 FTE) offers flexibility while allowing you to make a real impact.

You’ll spend much of your time out in the community - engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders -supported by a collaborative office team.

What you'll be doing

Proactively prospect and generate new clients leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.

Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored healthcare solutions

Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Maintain detailed records of all business development activities and provide regular progress reports

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product/service developments

Willingness to travel and spend 5-6 hours of the day engaging with clients, stakeholders and the remaining time on administrative tasks.

What we're looking for

Proven track record in new business development within the healthcare industry i.e NDIS and aged care.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

Familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment and industry best practices

Prior experience as a support coordinator or care manager will be an advantage.
