Our client is seeking an experienced a detail-driven Contract Administrator to join their team for a 12-storey luxury apartment project located in East Brisbane. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be based on-site, working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager and further developing their skills.

As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all head contract and subcontract administration for the project. You will work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, ensuring contracts are accurately managed, variations are tracked, and budgets remain on target.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Prepare, review, and administer subcontractor agreements

Manage progress claims, variations, RFI's, and payment schedules

Track project budgets and forecasts to maintain financial control

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers

Support the Project Manager with reporting and project meetings

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on multi-residential projects

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes

Jobpac experience is highly advantageous

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the site team
