Your New Role
As Senior CA, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery on a 22-storey apartment project (approx. 50 luxury units). You’ll manage procurement and trade letting, head/subcontract administration, claims and variations, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you’ll ensure the project is financially controlled and delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior CA on high-rise apartment projects
• Proven ability to manage procurement, budgets, forecasting and subcontractor negotiations
• Strong understanding of D&C contracts, variations, and commercial risk management
• Confidence liaising with consultants, clients and site teams
• Systems knowledge (Jobpac, Procore) desirable
