Finishes Foreman - East Brisbane

12 Storey building with 3 basements

About the role:

As the Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all finishing trades on-site to ensure the highest level of quality and workmanship is achieved. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to deliver the project safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervise and coordinate finishing trades (Plastering, tiling, painting, joinery, flooring, etc.)

Monitor progress to meet program deadlines and quality standards

Ensure all work carried out in compliance with WHS requirements and project specifications

Conduct regular site inspections and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly

Maintain accurate site records and report daily progress

Requirements:

QBCC Supervisor Licence (High-rise)

Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on multi-residential apartment projects

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and finishing details

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work collaboratively with management and subcontractors

A commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines

Experience with Procore
