Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You'll coordinate trades, manage site safety, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all on-site activities and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Monitoring project time lines and budgets
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
• Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining a safe work environment
• Communicating regularly with clients and internal teams
• Resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused leader with a strong background in local residential construction. You'll be confident about managing multiple trades and time lines, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• The ability to show experience in the local market with strong local relationships
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in high-end custom homes
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and WHS requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Trade qualifications or relevant construction certifications
• A current driving licence and White Card
