The Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented Architectural Designer with strong design sensibility, confident communication, and a passion for creating standout architectural outcomes. You’ll help drive the narrative of our projects—steering concept through delivery, engaging closely with clients, and coordinating a best-in-class consultant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion, safeguarding design integrity and quality.
• Translate client vision into refined, buildable outcomes; present concepts, sketches, and narratives.
• Prepare compelling presentation packages for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee documentation packages; guide and mentor the design team for timely, accurate outputs.
• Select and specify materials/finishes that align with design narrative, budget, and program.
• Stay current with codes, construction technologies, and industry trends to elevate outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture (or related).
• 3-5+ years’ experience, ideally in high-end residential or multi-residential.
• Proven end-to-end project experience, including team leadership and consultant coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; Enscape or similar visualisation preferred.
• Strong design thinking with clear visual and verbal communication.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and time management.
• Collaborative, detail-obsessed, and passionate about thoughtful, innovative design.
