A leading builder-developer is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $150 million mixed-use residential tower in Hamilton. This is more than a site management role—you'll be the key on-the-ground leader, responsible for driving quality, safety, and productivity while mentoring and empowering a high-performing site team.

The Project

Scope: Ground floor retail and communal spaces, multiple levels of podium parking, podium-top communal facilities, 20 levels of residential apartments, and a rooftop recreation deck with pool.

The Role

Take ownership of site operations from start to finish

Mentor and lead junior site staff and subcontractors

Drive the build program and ensure delivery milestones are achieved

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance

Manage all on-site trades, logistics, and day-to-day activities

Work in close collaboration with the Project and Construction Managers

Ensure compliance with QBCC regulations and company processes

Why You?

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential or mixed-use projects (20 storeys+ preferred)

Prior experience managing large-scale builds in Brisbane or similar markets

Current QBCC Site Supervisor License (required)

Strong leadership and mentoring capability

Excellent understanding of subcontractor management, build sequencing, programming, and compliance

Ability to foster a productive, safe, and positive on-site culture
