The Role

As the Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all finishing trades on-site to ensure the highest level of quality and workmanship is achieved. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to deliver the project safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades (plastering, tiling, painting, joinery, flooring, etc.)
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with WHS requirements and project specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Monitor progress to meet program deadlines and quality standards
• Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate site records and report daily progress
• Cost tracking

The Person

• QBCC Supervisor Licence
• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on multi-residential apartment projects
• T2/T3 building experience and understanding of systems, processes
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and finishing details
• Experience with Jobpac - essential
• High level of attention to detail, and passion for a high-end product
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and subcontractors
• A commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines
